Couples Therapy

Finding your way back to one another.

Maybe you’ve found yourselves having the same conversations over and over, feeling unheard, or wondering how two people who love each other can end up feeling so alone. If this is where you find yourselves today, it makes more sense than you may realize.

Sometimes it feels like the harder each of you tries to be understood, the farther apart you become.

Using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), we’ll slow those moments down and explore the emotions and attachment needs underneath the conflict. Together, we’ll begin to understand the patterns that keep pulling you apart.

I also integrate the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy, supporting both a stronger bond and a strong sense of self. Sometimes the deepest longings we bring into our relationships began long before we met one another.

Throughout our work together, you’ll practice new ways of reaching for and responding to one another, so healing isn’t just something we talk about—it becomes something you experience within your relationship.

Finding your way back to one another doesn’t mean you have to lose yourself. Lasting intimacy grows when both people have room to become more fully themselves.
